Ceremonies that feel like both of you
I’m Lizzi, an Auckland-based marriage celebrant who believes the best ceremonies feel natural, personal and completely true to the people getting married.
By day I lead Spaceworks, the interior design practice I’ve run for over 20 years. Most of that work comes down to listening, asking good questions and turning what people tell me into something that feels right for them. A ceremony isn’t so different. It’s just a lot more personal.
I bring the same calm, organised approach, a good sense of humour and a real care for making important moments feel considered rather than overdone.
Whether you want something beautifully simple or completely personalised, I’ll help shape a ceremony that feels warm, relaxed and genuinely yours.
Your ceremony, your beliefs
As much or as little tradition as feels right
Your ceremony can be religious, non-denominational or entirely secular. Marriage or civil union. Big and joyful or just the two of you and your witnesses.
As a member of the rainbow community, inclusivity is especially important to me. All couples are welcome here, with no assumptions and no expectations about what your wedding should look like.
